It’s great to see the lower floors progressing, too, with follow-on trades such as fire protection and window installation continuing to track us up the building. One of the main benefits of the light gauge steel frame is the speed of erection, generally 2-3 weeks per storey. Ensuring follow-on trades are programmed correctly, clients can use this advantage to reduce prelim costs.
