Veitchi Frame is proud to have delivered the structural frame for a standout residential development at 37 Corstorphine Road in Edinburgh. Appointed for the delivery of 20 luxury apartments, including three penthouses, the project is being developed by Rennick Property for our client Glenesk Homes.
Breaking ground on site marked the start of construction of the transfer structure and the beginning of the development taking shape, with Murrayfield Stadium providing a striking backdrop.
The challenge
This was a particularly complex site, bounded by a main road to the front and the Water of Leith to the rear. With limited access and tight working areas, the programme depended on careful sequencing, safe deliveries and close alignment with the principal contractor and wider project team.
Our approach
To overcome the constraints and keep progress moving, our delivery centred on:
- Precision planning to manage sequencing, lifting operations and site safety
- Controlled logistics to coordinate deliveries and installation within restricted access
- Collaborative working with the main contractor and project stakeholders to maintain programme certainty

Through proactive coordination and disciplined site management, we safely navigated the logistical challenges and delivered a high-quality structural frame in line with the agreed programme, helping bring a premium residential development to life in the heart of Corstorphine.
