Project

Logistically, this was a very challenging project. The hotel is located within a thriving area of Edinburgh, surrounded by shops, theatre and bars and restaurants. The only access to the project was through a very tight passageway through an existing tenement building. There was no room for a traditional scaffold which was overcome using Veitchi’s edge protection system developed for use in the Metframe system.

We delivered the 25 room, four storey extension within 6 weeks.
