Built on the former site of Canal Court and David White Centre, Kyleshill Court is a new sheltered housing complex and community hub. Containing sustainable features which lower tenants energy bills such as high levels of insulation, solar panels and energy efficient boilers, Kyleshill Court achieved the Scottish Government’s Greener Standard.

The 36 high quality homes are further enhanced with lift access, a communal lounge, secure landscaped courtyard, visiting services room and scooter store.
